Based in Lancaster, Newfields Catering Services has been established since 1986 and is run under the personal supervision of David Dunderdale. Our experienced team have an exceptional reputation not just in the Bay area but across the North West. Our chefs pride themselves on being able to create a wide range dishes to suit any occasion, setting or budget. We have extensive experience operating in a variety of venus from Stately homes, marquees, theatres and village halls to offices, showrooms and clients homes, facilitating a much more seamless service. Our focus is on quality and we work with fresh locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
